Our objective in construction management is to translate and oversee the client's project through implementation in the most efficient, safe and economical manner. As the Construction Manager, we coordinate with the owner’s representatives, design consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and the myriad of public agencies and community interest groups involved in all phases of a project.

CMTS maintains a large full-time corps of inspectors. We employ experts in all areas of building and civil construction, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty construction. Their assignment is to supervise the implementation of a complete program to ensure the quality of the owner’s finished product in accordance with the contract documentation criteria.

CMTS engineers solve system failure problems through field exploration, design analysis, laboratory testing, and detailed system analysis of failed components. Regarding forensic issues, CMTS employs the services of experts in every field of construction, from field technicians to university professors. This combination of available resources proves to be invaluable in the forensic examination process.
