Project and Construction Management

Our objective in CM is to translate and oversee the client's project through implementation in the most efficient and economical manner.

As the Construction Manager, we coordinate the owner’s representatives, design consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and the myriad public agencies and community interest groups, involved in all phases of a project. We administer the entire construction process throughout the duration of the project, and provide intensive on-site supervision, scheduling, and quality assurance and cost control management.

One of our most effective tools for managing, tracking and controlling complex and/or large projects is scheduling with Critical Path Method (CPM). With the aide of the state-of-the-art tools, we forge a cost- loaded master project schedule that clearly identifies the relationship of the construction activities, and denotes the responsible parties. Our field staff then tracks the project on a daily basis, identifying critical issues that may cause delays or allow acceleration.
