News reports have surfaced regarding involvement of one of our company’s vehicles in a case of unconscionable cruelty to animals. The employee who had possession of the vehicle at the time of the alleged incident has been terminated for violation of company policy in an unrelated incident. As this is a personnel matter, the company can offer no specific details.

CMTS always does and will continue to cooperate fully with authorities in the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in any such matter. CMTS does not tolerate violations of the law or of community standards, and condemns the alleged actions in the strongest possible terms.
